About the Author
Freshcoln Farms, LLC is a family owned and operated farm and homestead run by Rachel Hess, a passionate mother, small-scale farmer and hobbyist. She holds an Associates Degree in Digital Marketing and is working on an Associates in Entrepreneurship, where she can pass along her passion and helpful knowledge to her peers. When she's not chasing toddlers, she loves spending time outdoors, raising free-range chickens, gardening, and enjoying the company of her horses.
